Holistic Event – Spanish Promo

The Challenge

Capture the essence of a 1-day exposition with various providers dealing with alternative holistic treatments. The project was for a group lacking image content or a logo and meant for their social media homes.

The Solution

We traveled On Location to the event in the San Fernando Valley of Southern CA. Getting there early allowed us to understand the flow of the event, to learn about what would be taking place, to speak with the client about ideas that came up on the spot and to get as much b-roll as possible. We always shoot with editing in mind.

This particular project did not have a set script and we decided that the host doing a narration about the vent would be the way to go. We carry professional audio equipment when needed for voiceovers or other event audio needed.

In post-production we edited with a few creative touches and music that allowed for mood-creation that we felt would best represent the event; The client loved it. Sometimes a transition effect or subtle image manipulation can help achieve the best results.
